I had my doubts about the plank position, but my abs are telling me different.

I’ve done it twice now, and I feel it a little in my back, but I don’t feel too much in my arms. However, my abs? I feel like I’ve done bunches of crunches, from way low to way high. Don’t believe me? Try it out. You’ll see!
