  • The Keurig: Rob’s most favorite Christmas gift ever. I think he whispers goodnight to Keurig before going to bed each night.
  • The mug: Mine. On the front, “Smarty Pants;” on the back, “…Reads the book before seeing the movie. …Has an answer for everything. …Passes every test with flying colors!”
  • The contents: My highly sophisticated in-home coffeehouse creation, containing one packet of Land O Lakes Cocoa Classics in Chocolate Supreme and one Van Houtte French Vanilla k-cup.

Explain the Keurig to me. I keep hearing of the wonder of the Keurig, but I have no idea what it does…

It makes a delicious cup of coffee in less than a minute. It’s perfect for people who don’t drink much coffee or for multiple users who can’t agree on what coffee to brew. Ours, the platinum Keurig, is also perfect for people who like to spend $4 a day (or more) on iced lattes … ROB. It brews a double-strength 4 oz. cup of coffee, perfect for pouring over ice and gussying up with milk and flavored syrups.

In Rob’s defense, he did show interest in your parents’ when J said it did iced coffee. He hasn’t made a single cup of hot coffee on his new toy.
